Rod McGregor
Principal
Rod has more than 30 years of strategic marketing experience, with deep expertise in new product development, branding, sales channel strategy, and B2B industrial marketing. He purchased the agency in 2007 and leads marketing planning across the agency's largest client engagements.
Rod devotes his personal time to family, friends, the community, and his passion for running and biking.
Drew McGregor
Vice President
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Drew worked for two years at Ernst & Young in Cleveland before joining the agency in 2017, continuing the father-son legacy. He oversees new business development, brand strategy, marketing research, digital strategy, and networking. Drew leads our digital practice.
Drew is an avid Cleveland and Ohio State sports fan. He is also a movie / independent film fanatic.
Frank
Multimedia Director
20+ years of experience overseeing video, photography, and online training programs. Frank manages clients and on-location video shoots and is the architect behind our online training and e-learning practice.
Frank has a passion for movies, cooking and biking / hiking the trails in the Akron Metro Parks. He enjoys working out and spending time with his family.
Chris
Web developer and creative designer
Chris is our 'go-to guy' for website builds, creative design, and emerging technologies. His work has shipped on nearly every Crowl-built website in the past decade.
Chris enjoys listening to new music and canvas painting and spending time with his family and children.

Yes. Your senior strategist is your single point of contact for the life of the engagement. Specialists rotate in based on the work, but your strategist does not change.
How big is the team?
